ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KUSI/ FOX 5) — Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stopped in Escondido Wednesday morning to announce a new $51 million pilot program that will expand dental programs and access for children with disabilities.
