I come from a long line of clinicians—dentists, radiologists, dermatologists, pathologists. By all accounts, I should have been another doctor in the family photos. Instead, I became the black sheep who fell in love with math, and then with finance. After years spent deep in spreadsheet trenches (valuable scars to have), I realized the real power of finance wasn’t the models—it was helping hard-working people make life-defining decisions.

Since then, I’ve worked across the table in nearly every seat: private equity, venture capital, strategic operators, and investment banking. I’ve executed and evaluated more than $2B in transactions, including highly technical fairness opinions for public companies. They say mastery takes 10,000 hours—I’ve logged several multiples of that. Just as you’ve honed your craft through decades of dentistry, I’ve devoted mine to valuing and stewarding businesses like yours.
