Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners has entered into a definitive agreement for a strategic majority acquisition of Florham Park, N.J.-based Select Dental Management. Select Dental Management has a network of 38 locations across eight states and Washington, D.C., supporting more than 130 dentists, according to a July 15 news release from Guardian Dentistry Partners.
